Finsa: large-scale sample catalogue
Project scope
Finsa, a leading international company in wood solutions for interior design, entrusted CeGe with the production of a physical sample catalogue bringing together hundreds of product references in a single format, in an organised, precise and attractive way.
The challenge was not simply to produce more than 30,000 units, but to plan and coordinate a complex process involving different stages, processes and teams.
At CeGe, we were responsible for developing and producing this highly specialized pack, integrating printing, marking, cutting, assembly, handling and logistics for all the samples, while ensuring that the final result consistently met a high standard of quality.
Rigorous and expert process
The project resulted in more than 30,000 catalogues, featuring 473 product references and content in 7 languages. A highly complex production process involving the cutting, marking and handling of 13 million pieces.
Following a carefully planned, coordinated and rigorous process, we worked to ensure that every catalogue arrived perfectly organized, with all references correctly presented.
The project included in-house printing, stock management, picking, storage, preparation and logistics, as well as comprehensive quality control throughout every stage.
The result is a physical sample catalogue that presents Finsa’s entire collection in an organised way: more than 30,000 catalogues that allow the possibilities of a 473-reference collection to be seen and touched, in an organised and accessible format.
This project demonstrates that behind a catalogue can lie a highly complex production and coordination process. And managing that complexity from start to finish is also part of what we do at CeGe.
